How we use your details.
Who we are
Nu2ta builds websites for independent UK roofing companies. If you have any questions about this notice or your data, email sales@nu2ta.com.
What we collect
When you book a call using the form on our website, we collect the details you type in: your name, business name, phone number, town, the time you’d like us to call and, if you add it, your current website.
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we get your number or email address and what you send us.
Why we use it
We only use these details to contact you about the call you asked for, and to look at your current website before we speak. We use them because you asked us to get in touch (in law, this is our legitimate interest in replying to your request, and taking steps at your request before any agreement).
We don’t sell your details, we don’t share them with anyone for marketing, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.
If we contact you first
We sometimes phone roofing businesses to offer our service. We use the business phone number you show publicly, for example on your Google business listing, and check it against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate TPS before we call. If you tell us not to contact you again, we won’t, and we keep a note of that so it doesn’t happen by mistake.
Phone calls
Our sales calls run on CloudTalk and may be recorded so we can train our team and check what was agreed. We tell you at the start of the call if it’s being recorded. Call recordings are kept for no more than 90 days, unless you become a client and the call is about your project.
Who handles it for us
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you send the form, your details go to our lead system (n8n, run on our own server hosted by Hostinger), which saves them in our customer records at HubSpot and alerts our team on Telegram so we can call you back fast. If that system is down, the form uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to email your details to us instead. Our phone calls run on CloudTalk, we use WhatsApp Business for messages, and our email is provided by Zoho Mail. Our small team works partly from outside the UK, and these companies may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards required by UK data protection law. Only our team reads your details.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to talk to you about your website. If we don’t end up working together, we delete them.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. If you pause the animations, your browser remembers that choice on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just email sales@nu2ta.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
